Registration for an event

Dear Parents,

Your child has registered for the nordbord event listed alongside this message. You can find further information about the event and the exact location in the event description. Travel to and from the event must be organized independently.

nordbord events may be accompanied by photo and/or video recordings.

During registration, your child indicated that such photo, audio, and video recordings of them may be made and used by nordbord, nordbord partners, and the supporting associations NORDMETALL and AGV NORD, as well as their partners, without compensation and without any time or geographical limitations, using any technical means, for publication and use in press and public relations work.

Your child may have provided information about allergies, medical conditions, or other special circumstances. You can find these details in the original german e-mail ("Ihr Kind hat bei der Anmeldung zum Event folgende Angaben zu Allergien gemacht:"). If you have any further comments or concerns, please reply to the e-mail or contact us by phone.

Your child's registration is considered complete unless you object. If you wish to object to any part of it — for example, the consent to media recording — please use the following cancellation link. You may then re-register your child for this event, if desired.

You can cancel the registration up to 1 day(s) before the event. The cancellation link can be found under the heading “Stornierung” at the end of the german e-mail ("Hier ist der Link für die Stornierung:").
